What is CINT?

Cint has offices across Europe and the USA and the Cint Panel Exchange was launched in 2004. More details at www.cint.com
Why do I have to register for this service when I have already registered with marketpublic.com?
The new Cint survey service is different to the previous service offered by marketpublic.com and the data is held on different systems. For accuracy and data security a new registration is required. However don’t worry, the process is simple.
Do I have to fill in every field during the Registration Process?
No, but some questions are mandatory such as name and contact details. However the more details you complete the more accurate survey invitations will be matched to you.
Can I change or add to my personal data later?
Yes it is very easy. Just go to your Personal Account and click on "My Personal Information"
When Registering the system does not seem to accept my Postcode
It may be that you have inadvertently included a space in the postcode line. Also only include the first 4 digits and be sure that there are no spaces anywhere in the postcode, even after the last digit.
How will I get survey invitations?
All invitations will arrive by email and each email will have a link to the survey being offered. It is sensible to make sure that you set Cint and any emails coming from Cint emails as an accepted sender within any spam programs you have on your computer. That way you will get survey invitations quickly, without them getting blocked by your computer.
How soon after my registration will I begin to get survey invitations?
This is hard to say as any survey will need to match you Personal Profile before you get an invite. However on average that should be no more than a few weeks after registration has been completed.
Do I have to accept every survey invitation?
No but if you cannot participate in a particular survey please use the "reject survey" link in the invitation email rather than simply ignoring the invitation altogether. That way the system will keep you records up to date.
How much will I get paid?
Each survey that you participate in carries a completion value that will be stated on the invitation email. Each survey will be different in terms of its length and the fee paid. You get a credit to your account shortly after a successful survey completion.
How do I get paid?
As your successful fee income build up it is added to you account. When the balance is £4 or greater you can transfer funds using the PayPal system. You can check your earning by going to the "My Earned Points" section in your personal account.
What happens if I don’t have a PayPal account?
Don't worry. A PayPal account is free and very simple to set up and the process is explained in the "My Earned Points" section in your personal account.
Why do some surveys I accept end very quickly?
The system will try to select panellists that meet certain criteria e.g. Age or family profile. Each survey will normally have some pre curser questions that matches you against the profile the survey is targeted against. If you do not meet that profile the survey may well be terminated at that point. This might happen if for example your Personal Information profile is not up to date. In these circumstances you will not get paid for that particular survey.
